Some call being neurodivergent a superpower, and there is a lot of talk about strengths: creativity, a strong sense of justice, thinking differently, energy, honesty and seeing things from another perspective.
And those strengths are real.
But there are also the days when things are simply harder and the cape falls off.
The overwhelm. The masking. Forgetting things you genuinely meant to remember. Impulsivity. Sensory overload. Getting completely absorbed in a rabbit hole and losing track of everything else. Finding that the organisational system that worked brilliantly last week somehow doesn’t work at all this week. Rejection sensitivity that can feel disproportionately difficult to manage.
That’s part of being neurodivergent too.
Coaching provides a space to pause, make sense of what’s going on and explore what being ADHD, autistic or AuDHD means for you, your child or your family, including what helps and what gets in the way.
Training brings that understanding into schools and workplaces, helping people recognise and respond to neurodivergence in practical, meaningful ways, so that pupils, staff and colleagues feel understood rather than simply expected to fit in.
Ultimately, it’s about recognising the strengths without glossing over the difficulties. Leaning into the brilliance, while finding easier, kinder ways to handle the rest, together.

A gentler approach
At Squiggly Minds, neurodivergent coaching offers a compassionate, strengths-based space to explore your experiences with curiosity and creativity.
Together, we can untangle the patterns that create frustration and begin building approaches that work with your brain, not against it.
No fixing. No forcing.
Just genuine curiosity about how you are wired, what supports you, and what that makes possible.
Many clients find that with deeper understanding, self-compassion and insight come ways of living that feel more intuitive, more sustainable and far more them.
Coaching is a space to build a friendship with the beautifully unique brain you have. That’s not to say that some days it won’t still wind you up.
Hello, I’m Xanthe.
I'm Xanthe, a certified ADHD and Neurodivergent Coach.
I'm also a late-identified neurodivergent adult, diagnosed with ADHD in 2019 and later discovering I'm autistic. Alongside this, I'm a parent to neurodivergent daughters.
My lived experience and professional background shape how I work. I bring over twenty years of experience supporting children, young people, adults and families across youth work, social work, leadership, workplace coaching and neurodiversity training.
My approach is warm, non-judgemental and collaborative. I do not believe ADHD or neurodivergence needs fixing. I believe people deserve to feel seen, understood and supported as they are.
Who I work with
Coaching looks different for everyone. Whether you're here for yourself, your family, or your school or workplace, you can find support shaped around the people, experiences and challenges that matter to you.
Adults
You may be newly diagnosed, self-identified, late-identified, or still wondering whether ADHD, autism or AuDHD explains parts of your life.
Adult coaching can support self-understanding, emotional wellbeing, work, relationships, confidence, boundaries, energy and everyday life.
Parents & Families
You may be trying to understand your child's behaviour, reduce daily battles, communicate with school, or rebuild connection at home.
Parent and family coaching offers space to understand what sits underneath the hard moments, so support can feel calmer, kinder and more collaborative.
Schools & Workplaces
You may want to better understand and support neurodivergent students, staff or colleagues, improve communication, explore adjustments, or create a more inclusive culture.
Coaching and training can help schools and workplaces build confidence, understanding and practical support that works for the people it is for.
You Don't Have to Figure It All Out Alone
You might be here because you’re trying to understand yourself better. You might be supporting your child or family, navigating work, or simply wondering whether there could be an easier way forward.
Wherever you’re starting from, you don’t need to arrive with everything figured out.
Start With a Simple Conversation
If you’re not sure what kind of support would be most helpful, that’s completely fine. You’re welcome to get in touch and tell me a little about what’s brought you here.
There’s no pressure to know exactly what you need. We can start with a conversation and work it out together.
