Adult coaching for beautifully different brains
You might be newly diagnosed, self-identified, late-identified, or still wondering whether ADHD, autism or AuDHD explains parts of your life.
Wherever you are in that process, you are welcome here.
When everything starts to make sense
Many adults come to coaching after years of feeling behind, overwhelmed or somehow out of step with the world around them.
You might look capable on the outside, but inside feel exhausted from keeping up.
You might start things with excitement, then lose momentum. You might overthink conversations, avoid tasks, forget everyday details, feel everything intensely, or need quiet after too much social contact.
You might have built a life full of masking, people-pleasing, pushing through, pushing back and last-minute panic.
Then, at some point, you start to wonder why this feels so hard, why you keep doing this, why everyone else seems to move through life differently, or what else might be going on.
Coaching gives you space to pause
Adult coaching is not about being handed a list of instructions.
It is a collaborative, unmasked space where we can explore your experiences, patterns and needs together.
We might look at what supports your focus, energy and motivation. We might explore emotional intensity, sensory overwhelm, rejection sensitivity, impulsivity, boundaries, burnout, routines, masking or relationships.
We might also spend time noticing the parts of you that have been missed.
Your creativity. Your curiosity. Your honesty. Your empathy. Your fairness. Your ability to make connections other people do not always see.
The aim is not to make you more like everyone else. The aim is to help you understand yourself more clearly, support yourself more kindly, and build a life that works better for your brain.

A note on strategies
Lots of people come to coaching looking for strategies.
That makes sense. When life feels hard, it is natural to want something useful.
But strategies work best when they are built from understanding.
A planner will not help much if shame, burnout, sensory overload or fear of getting it wrong is sitting underneath the task.
So we start with curiosity.
From there, we can build approaches that support focus, energy and everyday life in ways that feel true to how your brain actually works.
What sessions are like
Sessions are calm, relaxed and shaped around you.
You do not need to perform, prepare or explain everything perfectly.
Some sessions might feel practical and focused. Others might feel reflective. Some might be about one specific thing that happened that week. Others might connect years of experiences together in a way that finally makes sense.
All of it is welcome.
