Contact Squiggly Minds
If you are curious about coaching, have a question, or would like to talk through whether this support could be right for you, you are very welcome to get in touch.
A relaxed first step.
You do not need to know exactly what support you need before getting in touch.
Start with a free discovery call
The first step is a free 30-minute discovery call.
This is a relaxed conversation where we can talk about what has brought you here, what has been feeling difficult, and what kind of support you are looking for.
There is no pressure to book anything afterwards.
It is simply a chance to connect, ask questions and see whether coaching feels like the right fit.
If coaching feels like the right next step
Sessions are available in two simple options.
Sessions can take place online or in person at Frome Therapy Rooms.
If cost is ever a concern, please feel comfortable reaching out. Support should feel accessible, and we can always talk about what might work.
You’re very welcome to get in touch.
If you have a question before booking, or would simply rather start with a message, you can contact Xanthe directly.
A few common questions
If you are wondering whether coaching might be right for you, these are a few things people often want to know first.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. You do not need a formal diagnosis to get in touch. You might be diagnosed, self-identified, exploring, waiting for an assessment, or supporting someone else.
Is coaching therapy?
No. Coaching is different from therapy. It is a collaborative space to explore your experiences, needs, strengths and next steps. If therapy or another kind of support feels more appropriate, that can be part of the conversation.
Do you work with autism and AuDHD?
Yes. Squiggly Minds supports ADHD, autistic and AuDHD people, as well as parents, families and workplaces wanting to understand neurodivergence more fully.
Can sessions be online?
Yes. Sessions can take place online. In-person sessions may also be available at Frome Therapy Rooms.
What if I feel nervous?
That is completely understandable. You do not need to know what to say or where to start. We can take it gently and begin wherever feels easiest.
Your brain is not broken. It is beautifully different.
If you are ready to understand yourself, your child, your family or your workplace with more compassion, I would love to hear from you.
