Living with ADHD can feel like your mind is constantly moving. Ideas, reminders, responsibilities, emotions, all competing for attention at once. It can be exhausting trying to keep up with everything, especially when the same patterns keep showing up again and again.

Coaching offers a calm space to slow down, make sense of what is happening, and discover ways to work with your brain rather than constantly fighting against it.

Free conversation. No pressure. Just a chance to talk.

When everyday life feels harder than it should

Living with ADHD can feel like constantly trying harder and still wondering why everyday life feels so difficult.

You may begin the day full of intention, only to find yourself overwhelmed, pulled off course, or stuck with tasks that remain unfinished. Time can slip away, and even simple things can take more energy than expected.

For parents, this can feel even more layered. You may be supporting a child with ADHD while also noticing your own overwhelm, forgetfulness, or emotional exhaustion. When ADHD is present in more than one family member, the whole household can end up feeling dizzy.

Over time, adults can internalise years of self-doubt, and children with ADHD can receive far more correction than encouragement. Families may find themselves caught in patterns of frustration, worry, and misunderstanding.

But ADHD is not about laziness or lack of effort. It is a different way of processing attention, emotions, and motivation, and with the right understanding, things can begin to make more sense.

A gentler approach to ADHD

Coaching sessions at Squiggly Minds offer a calm and collaborative space to explore what ADHD looks like in your life or family.

Together, we untangle the patterns that create frustration and begin building strategies that work with your brain rather than trying to outrun it or fix it.

Instead of pushing harder, many clients discover that with deeper understanding, compassion and insight come strategies that feel more intuitive.

What coaching can support

Coaching often explores challenges such as procrastination, unfinished tasks, emotional overwhelm, parenting stress, and the feeling of constantly being behind.

From there, we begin creating practical systems that support focus, energy, and organisation in ways that feel realistic and sustainable.

Over time, many clients notice meaningful shifts in confidence, clarity, and family relationships.

You don’t have to navigate ADHD alone

Many people come to coaching feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or unsure how to move forward. With the right support, ADHD can begin to feel more understandable and far less isolating.

A short conversation can often bring clarity and reassurance.

Start with a simple conversation

The first step is a free 20-minute discovery call. This relaxed conversation gives you the opportunity to talk about what has been feeling difficult and explore whether coaching might be helpful.

If coaching feels like the right next step, your first full session is free. After that, sessions are then £35 for 30 minutes or £70 for 1 hour, either online or in person.

If cost is ever a concern, please feel comfortable reaching out. Support should feel accessible and we can always talk about what might work.
